RIO FLOORING EPOXY SYSTEMS
GENERAL PURPOSE EPOXY
RIOCOAT EMP is a high solids epoxy coating that can be used on multiple surfaces. This resilient high-gloss surface is easy to clean and provides protection against wear and abrasions. Can be applied clear or pigmented.
EPOXY GROUT COATING
RIOCOAT EHB is a high solids epoxy coating that can be used for sealing a highly filled epoxy sand filled re-surfacer. This high-gloss surface is easy to clean and provides excellent protection against wear and abrasions.
EPOXY TOPCOAT
RIOCOAT EPT Topcoat is a high solids, thickened epoxy for sealing an overlay or if an “orange-peel” texture is desired.
MULTI PURPOSE EPOXY
RIOCOAT ERS is a high solids, low VOC epoxy coating that is formulated to provide a high build epoxy coating with improved resistance to UV. Used as a epoxy topcoat system OR broadcast liquids when a saturation broadcast system either with silica sand, color quartz or vinyl chips are being utilized.
MOISTURE MITIGATION SYSTEM
RIOCOAT EVS is a two-part 100% solid epoxy moisture mitigation system. It is a moisture tolerant and VOC-Compliant product that limits alkalinity and the transmission of moisture, odor and other elements through concrete slabs.
SEAMLESS EPOXY BINDER
RIOCOAT EUV is a versatile and economical two component 100% solids, clear or pigmented epoxy coating for multiple interior applications. RIOCOAT EUV is recommended for warehouses, kitchens, restrooms, and other areas where either a high build clear product is needed or where a decorative filled floor is desired and better UV resistance is needed.

SELF LEVELING URETHANE CEMENT
RIOCRETE SL is a medium-duty seamless flooring system typically installed at 3/16” finished thickness. RIOCRETE SL is resistant to MVT and withstands moderate thermal shock, impact, abrasion and chemical exposures.
SMOOTH FINISH & FLOWABLE URETHANE CEMENT
RIOCRETE MF is a medium to heavy-duty seamless flooring system typically installed at 3/16” finished thickness. RIOCRETE MF is tough and withstands thermal shock, impact, abrasion and chemical exposures.
TROWEL APPLIED URETHANE CEMENT
RIOCRETE SF is a heavy-duty seamless flooring system typically installed at 1/4” in thickness. RIOCRETE SF tough and withstands thermal shock, impact, abrasion and chemical exposure.

RIOCRETE HF is a heavy-duty seamless flooring system typically installed at 1/4 - 3/8” in thickness. RIOCRETE HF is extremely tough and withstands thermal shock, impact, abrasion and chemical exposure.

RIOCRETE IF is a heavy duty, iron filled, trowel applied seamless flooring system applied @ 3/8” - 1/2” thickness.
RIO FLOORING URETHANES, POLYASPARTICS AND MMA
HIGH SOLIDS URETHANE
RIOCOAT UHW is a high solids moisture cured urethane coating. It can be applied clear or pigmented with no filler leaving a high gloss smooth finish, glass beads can be added to provide non-slip, better abrasion resistance with high gloss or aluminum oxide can be added to provide the highest abrasion resistance. The addition of more aluminum oxide will provide a satin finish while adding less will give a gloss finish.
POLYASPARTIC TOPCOAT
RIOCOAT UPA is a unique, very-high-solids urea that utilizes the latest polyaspartic technology. This low-VOC, low-odor, fast-curing, two-part floor coating is an ideal top-coat for various RIO Concrete systems including the RIO Chip Broadcast and RIO Quartz Broadcast systems.
GLOSS URETHANE TOPCOAT
RIOCOAT USB is a one-component, oil-free, moisture-cure urethane for protecting interior concrete floors. RIOCOAT USB is ideal for use in main aisles, production, assembly, and warehousing areas.
RIOSHIELD is a reactive, acrylic resin based on methyl methacrylate (MMA). RIO SHIELD TOPCOAT Sealer is designed to be applied as the final layer of a RIO acrylic flooring system. RIO SHIELD TOPCOAT Sealer has a low viscosity and provides a high degree of protection from thermal, mechanical, chemical, and UV attack.
RIO FLOORING NOVOLAC SYSTEMS
Novolac Epoxy is a two component, 100% solids secondary containment topping/lining providing superior protection to concrete surfaces subjected to strong acids and caustics in a broad spectrum of industries. The novolac coating may be used alone, with the addition of silica sand or decorative colored quartz aggregate. For a colored resin system, add the RIO Epoxy Colorant of choice to the clear Novolac resin.
